The Unist'ot'en Camp is a grassroots indigenous community reclaiming their traditional rights and lands and blocking Tar Sands and Fracked Gas pipelines in "British Columbia".

Join community members on December 7th for an anti-thanksgiving gathering with all proceeds from the event going to the Unist?ot?en Camp! Suggested donation at the door is $5 and will include snacks.

The Unist?ot?en Camp is a resistance community whose purpose is to protect sovereign Wet?suwet?en territory from several proposed pipelines from the Tar Sands Gigaproject and shale gas from Hydraulic Fracturing Projects in the Peace River Region. We will also watch some short films about the camp and will have information about pipelines available. Hear from people who have visited the camp and learn how to support this incredible resistance community.

Location:
Capitol Hill branch of the Seattle Public Library at Harvard Ave E and E Republican St- that's right behind the QFC IN THE Broadway Market. Event and content is not sponsored by the library.
